The MISSION of Providence Home Health Care, Inc. is to provide comprehensive, safe and quality home care services to persons in need of them.

Skilled Nursing

To ensure that ALL aspects of care are addressed, our highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) consult the patient and communicates to the Attending Physician all routine and unique needs of the patient so the most effective delivery of care is provided on a routing basis.

We have a dedicated staff of Registered Nurses (RN), Physical Therapists, Occupation Therapists and Speech Therapists who are fluent in speaking English, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian and Spanish.

We also have Medical Social Workers and Home Care Assistants available to assist our clients around the clock, seven days a week.

Home Intravenous Therapy

• Blood draw, medication administration, maintenance of IV–catheters: Port-a-Cath, PICC lines (Groshong or non-Groshong), Hickman or Broviac


• Insertion, administration of Medication, maintenance of peripheral line.
